Friendly staff! We had a property that was vacated for about a year. The treatment they did was very effective. The technician identified the cause quickly, and we had dead bugs in 24 hrs., and lot of them too!. Treatment plans are reasonable. I will be using Yates Astro for all of my pest control needs.

My name is Evan. We bought a older home. Yates had been treating the house since it was built. When redoing my garage doors we noticed the whole front wall had been badly damaged structurally from termites at some time. The guys at Yates seriously stepped up huge. We had a termite bond with home when we purchased it through them. No one would’ve known the damage had we not replaced the doors and framing. Yates showed up within 24 hours I believe it was Rick Olsen he was awesome professional and took ownership of the missed termite damage. They sent out an incredible group of guys from Able construction who are easily the best framers/ construction workers I’ve met in a long time. They repaired my entire garage door framework from one end to the other. All structural too. Every board was strait and nailed in without damage. Not like new construction where they shoot 40 nails in and just keep moving. These guys treated our house like it was the most important build they’ve ever had. Like it was their grandmothers house. Both Yates and their contractors way way over exceeded my expectations and under promised and way over delivered. We will continue to use them and send praises their way in the future. 5 stars and 10 out of 10 customer service and responsiveness. Don’t hesitate to come by my house and look 276 montauk drive. My new garage doors fit perfectly because of the perfect job they did building my frames all over again. 💪

I contracted with Yates-Astro and met with my technician, Jackie. What an asset she is to the company. Jackie performed the required services competently and explained what she was doing and why. Jackie came back a week or so later after her work day was completed to ensure that we were happy and to check on the traps. I am not used to this type of follow-up and I couldn't be happier with Yates-Astro and especially Jackie! I will highly recommend Yates-Astro and Jackie to all of my neighbors. Well done!

Promptly came to our home and thoroughly treated the exterior and interior of our home as requested. Lots of great tips from the exterminator as well. He even consulted with the company and placed traps for spiders to add another layer of protection for my family. I signed up for bi-monthly treatments. He assured me if I needed additional treatments prior to 2 months, he would come back free of charge to treat our problem areas. Couldnt be happier with service and affordability.
